Reservation Information

• 1 week minimum-rate is $750 a week USD
• Package rates vary.
• Cleaning fee is $75, stays longer than two weeks must have mid-stay cleaning.
• State tax is 11.25%
• Check in after 3pm, Check out 10am. We can sometimes accommodate a late check out with no extra charge, but not always. If you would like to stay all day into the evening (for night flight etc), please book your stay for an extra day.

Cancellation Policy

• We require 60 days notice for any cancellation if you would like a full refund. There is no refund if you cancel within the 60 day period.
• Payment must be made in full 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you make your reservation within 60 days of your arrival date, it is not secured until we receive payment in full.
• Christmas holidays have a 2 week minimum stay (Dec. 15th- Jan. 15th)
